We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB credit cards. ＊For countries other than Japan, VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
- Convenient Store Payments ＊Only Available for customers in Japan.

Price : 700yen (tax included)
Free shipping on orders over 18,000yen
International Customers : e-packet and SAL shipping
Price : 1,500yen (tax included)
Please keep in mind that the shipping method we use and shipping prices are subject to change depending on where the items are being shipped to.
In- stock items:
After the item has been ordered, it usually takes us about 2-3 business days to ship the items. Although we try our best to get the items to you as fast as possible, when we have a ton of orders at the same time, our shipping may be delayed.
For our international customers, it takes about 2 weeks for our items to reach your destination.
Out-of-stock Items : If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you and cancel the order.
10% Japan taxes are charged on orders.
(Returns and Exchanges)
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please let us know using our Contact Us Form within 5 days or receiving the item. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges from customers that have gone through the membership registration.
MUST READ :
-Fill in your name, phone number, e-mail, item name, item size, item color and specific reasons as to why you would like to return or exchange the item in the contact us form.
-Items can ONLY be returned or exchanged by contacting us through the contact us form within 5 days of receiving the items.
-Shipping fee costs to return or exchange an item will be payed by the customer.
-We inspect our items fully and throughly before sending them out, but if in any case we send you a different item than you ordered or a defective item, we will issue you a refund right away and pay for the shipping costs so please send the items to us in a way that we can pay for the items on delivery.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged :
-If the contact form was not sent to us within 5 days of receiving the product.
-Reserved items, Sale Items, Limited Items.
-Items that got dirty after trying them on for example : stains, make up, perfume smell, cigarette smell, etc.
-Items that look like they have been worn many times.
-Piercings (For sanitary purposes).
-Underwear (For sanitary purposes).
-Items without the original tags on them.
- Credit Card
If you payed with a credit card, we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used to pay for the items.
- Convenient Store
We will issue a refund to the bank account of your preference.
